At 21, Simon co-founded Spin Communications, the first in new generation agencies that delivered fully integrated youth campaigns, which he ran successfully for 16 years.
Key campaigns through this period include the repositioning of Lee jeans from discount department stores to the leading youth brand – expanding to 12 Asian countries.
Simon steered the successful brand relaunch of the fashion retailer Portmans with Miranda Kerr, in addition to the launch of numerous other brands such as...
Channel V, The Lifestyle channel and Arena TV. Xbox and eBay in Australia. The repositioning of STA travel and the relaunch of Contiki travel.
He created the Sub Zero brand which went to 40 countries worldwide.
Simon developed and managed Australian fashion week from its inception and was a board director for five years of short film festival, Tropfest, and the co-founder of Brilliant Films - a TVC production company.

Emil’s design and advertising experience spans 15 years across London, USA and Australia. He has worked on campaigns for such brands as Virgin Mobile, Austereo, Elle McPherson, Reebok, CUB (Sub Zero), Suntory (Midori, Illusion) Contiki, Lee Jeans Asia, Wrangler, eBay.
The initial member of The Glue Society and Host Agency design studios.
Creative Director of Spin Communications, personally developed numerous Wrangler and Lee Jeans campaigns throughout Australasia, reaching 12 countries in total.
Joint-founder and Creative Director of Bowl-A-Rama, an internationally sanctioned, pro skateboarding competition. Now the biggest cement bowl riding competition in the southern hemisphere.
